43rd Annual Westmoreland Arts and Heritage Festival. The Festival is held every year at Twin Lakes Park, Westmoreland County, PA during the Fourth of July weekend. The Westmoreland Arts and Heritage festival features exceptional visual arts, traditional crafts, educational activities, and performing artists in order to enlighten, entertain, and enrich the community, while preserving and demonstrating Pennsylvania's rich historical and living cultural heritage. Spend the day dancing to live music, eating tons of great ethnic foods, and shopping your time away at the fabulous Artist Market. The Westmoreland Arts and Heritage Festival presents live, non-stop contemporary, traditional, classical, and folk music on four stages. The Artist Market, is host to over 200 professional craftspeople and artisans from all over the country. Patrons love to browse the selections of fine woodwork, jewelry, metal work, stained glass, leather goods, pottery, contemporary art, handmade soaps and oils, and much more. Juried Fine Art and Photography Exhibition features local, regional, and national artists working in all genres. It'll also feature Children's Activities, Food Vendors, and much more.
