Description of Event:
The 47th annual Revolutionary War Field Days will be held on November 4-5, 2017. The event, which features battle reenactments and living history demonstrations, will take place on the Historic Camden grounds. Visitors will get a chance to be a spectator for a battle each day, and they will be able to walk through the camps of the combatants, while seeing demonstrations of Colonial crafts and skills. Colonial sutlers (merchants) and scholars giving talks about the war are on site as well. The activities will include 18th century living history and craft demonstrations, a roundtable history discussion, and sutlers selling their wares. Food vendors will also be on site.
