Situated on the west coast of Florida directly adjacent to the Gulf of Mexico, Palm Harbor takes pride in being a thriving community that offers small-town friendliness. Filled with exuberant quantities of art and culture, this two-day art festival combines contemporary craft, fine art, theatrical performance, and out door live music.
