Description of Event:
The Street Fair will be held on Aug 5-6, 2017. This fair is considered the ""melting pot"" of street fairs in San Francisco, with many aspects of Asian-Pacific American life - and San Francisco's cultural life - expressed through performance, tradition, art, food, music, and community outreach and service. Featuring Food Fest, Asian Artisans, Information Tables, and much more. Doggie World Parade and Pageant Many talented artisans that showcase their creativity in the Asian Artisan area. Children's World featuring creative arts and crafts, mini Yonkun (4 wheel drive), face painting, and much more. The Webster Street Stage will feature an an eclectic line-up that brings together many genres of music including many veteran and up and coming artists. From Polynesian dance to Taiko drumming, Chinese Lion Dance to the strumming of ukuleles you'll get a chance to see how we are all embracing our cultures and keeping traditions alive.
