Join us for Jazz in the Gardens on March 18-19, 2017. Enjoy a dynamic mix of musical genres, ranging from jazz, RandB, neo-soul and world beat sounds. Event-goers find themselves entrenched in the rich beats and musical stylings that vibrate from the stage. The event not only brings world-renowned talent to Miami Gardens, but it gives local artists the opportunity to be seen, heard and possibly discovered. The 2017 performances will feature three-time Grammy award winning singer-songwriter Jill Scott, legendary hip-hop artist LL COOL J feat. DJ Z-Trip, socially conscious rap pioneer Common, smooth crooner Robin Thicke, hip hop legends The Roots, up and coming soul singer Andra Day, jazz royalty Herbie Hancock, funk music innovator Morris Day and The Time, the JITG All-Stars Chante Moore, Will Downing and Marion Meadows, gospel sensation Smokey Norful and the soulful Esperanza Spalding! Once again, JITG will be hosted by the hilarious radio personality Ricky Smiley, host of the popular nationally syndicated Rickey Smiley Morning Show.Information:
