The 4th annual Fajita Fiesta and Cook- Off will be held on September 29-30, 2017. Experience the blending of foods, music and cultures. The tantalizing aroma of sizzling fajitas will fill the air. The activities will include dance, washer tournament, jalapeno eating contest, cooking award ceremony, Chihuahua beauty pageant and much more. The music line up will feature Rick Trevino; Amanda Solis; Mariachi Los Lobos; Danza De Los Viejitos and Round Rock Ballet Folklorico. Hours: Fri 1pm-10pm; Sat 9am-10pmInformation:
