The Art Providence Holiday Sale replaces the RISD Alumni & Student Holiday Sale after its successful 20-year run and is now open to artists and artisans nationwide working in these categories: baskets, ceramics, glass, metal, fiber decorative, fiber wearable, furniture, jewelry, leather, mixed media, painting, paper, photography, printmaking, drawing, graphics, sculpture and wood.
The expanded, two-day Art Providence Holiday Sale will take place at the Rhode Island Convention Center in downtown Providence and will showcase approximately 200 artists over the course of the weekend. In order to continue the RISD legacy, a limited number of RISD Alumni and Students will have the option of a one-day sale (Saturday only). All work will be reviewed and selected for appearance in the show by blind jury.
