TROPICAL COWBOY STEAK

Our menu is composed of: 1. SIRLOIN STEAK SANDWICH (Our Signature Item) A generous portion of USDA Top Choice Sirloin Beef, sliced and seasoned with our secret blend of select spices and fresh garlic, grilled and served on fresh French bread, with a choice of caramelized onions, fresh tomatoes, Italian Parsley or melted cheddar cheese. 2. FANCY FRIES A generous portion of USDA Top Choice Sirloin Beef, sliced seasoned with our secret blend of select spices and fresh garlic, grilled and served on a bowl full of our special cut fries, topped with French Vinaigrette (Fresh ripe Tomatoes, Spanish sweet onions, Italian Parsley, Red Pepper, Balsamic Vinegar and Olive Oil) and Ranch Sauce and/or melted cheddar cheese. 3. ITALIAN SAUSAGE SANDWICH Delicious smoked sausage served on French bread, with choice of caramelized onions, fresh tomatoes, Italian Parsley or melted cheddar cheese. 4. LEMON GRASS SHRIMP ON A SKEWER Medium size shrimps (10) on a skewer, seasoned with Lemon Grass and fresh garlic, and grilled on a bed of pineapple and onions. 5. FRIES W/ CHEESE & BACON or CHILI Special cut fries served with melted cheddar cheese and real bacon bits OR chili. 6. CORN DOG A pork and beef Frankfurter battered on enriched wheat flour and enriched yellow corn meal, offered on 2 versions Foot Long (Dad’s and Mom’s size) and Small (Kids size). 7. ONION RINGS A generous portion of rings of Sweet Spanish onions battered in Beer and Enriched wheat flour. 0 8. SAUSAGE ON A STICK Delicious smoked sausage, on a bamboo skewer. 9. CHICKEN NUGGETS Breaded Chicken breast chunks, seasoned with spices, garlic and onions, battered with water and enriched wheat flour. Add special cut fries to make a kids preferred meal. • CARBONATED BEVERAGES (Coke / Pepsi, Etc…24oz) • NON CARBONATED DRINKS (Lemonade, Iced Tea, Etc...32oz) • BOTTLED WATER (24oz) The above menu can be served in full or partially.
