Southern Catering

I have been running my truck on weekdays selling breakfast and lunch to those on the job. It is ok. but I would much rather do events like craft shows, car shows, etc. My husband and I cook all of our food. We buy nothing from anyone else. We have yet to have a complaint. Everything from Breakfast Biscuits to Burgers, Chili dogs, Jambalaya rice and even desserts. We have a wide variety of cold drinks. Orange Juice to Sodas. We are very versatile and are willing to try anything.
