Iggeria’s Gems

Inspired by my mother and sisters, I decided to turn a passion of mine into a business. I craft jewelry from semi-precious gemstones, sterling silver and gold filled wire, earrings and findings. I love the look, feel and individuality of gemstones and try to use natural stones, bone and wood. With the exception of a few pieces, I try to make one of a kind pieces that are eclectic, unique, earthy and fun. I even like exploring the mythological properties of the gemstones. To date, I have only posted my gems online and am exploring the possibilities of doing a few craft shows.

Serpentine, grounds the center of this French clip barrette which is wrapped in .925 sterling silver twisted wire balanced on both ends with Blackstone and the rejuvenating Green Opal. Energy emanates from the Moukaite which is centered on the Serpentine and dangles sterling silver and refreshing Yellow Moss Agate beads.

Flower Jasper bracelet 8.5” long I enjoyed fashioning this bracelet with a whimsical Flower Jasper bead and the delicate yet sturdy swirls and curls of .925 Sterling silver wire. Flower Jasper is said to have metaphysical properties which help to ease tensions.
