Step 1: Download the excel template you need to complete and send to us for credit: Event submission excel template

Step 2: Search the web for events that we are missing on our event calendar (see our event calendar : http://www.fairsandfestivals.net/index.php/eventcalendar)

Step 3: Complete all the colums on the spreadsheet exactly as outlined below for each event (detailed instructions on colum descriptions below)

Step 4: Submit minimum of 10 or more events to info@fairsandFestivals.net along with your paypal address so we can pay you. We pay via paypal within 72 hours of receipt of completed events.

Information and FAQ's on completing the spreadsheet (Detailed Description of Spreadsheet Columns):

eventname: Name of Event

description: 200 word or less description of the event, typically you can find this on the event's homepage.

address: address of event location

state: Entered as 2 letters (example Washington, is WA) we are only looking for U.S. events.

city: Enter the city name only of where the event is taking place don't enter the state after this, just the exact city name)

zipcode: Zip code of where the event is located

start_month: Name of the month that the event starts in (spell out the month name only - example January)

start_day: Date of the start day of the event (example 14 would be the 14th of the month, enter just a number for this (1-31))

end_month: Name of the month that the event ends in (spell out the month name only - example January)

end_day: Date of the end day of the event (example 16 would be the 16th of the month, enter just a number for this (1-31))

year: start Year the event takes place in 4 digit format (example 2007 )

end_year: the end year of the last day of the event in 4 digit format (example 2007)

website: Enter the website address for the event as a full website address - you must have the http in the web address (example http://www.fairsandfestivals.net vs. just the www.fairsandfestivals.net)

contact: Name of the person responsible for event vendor sign up ( you can typically find this on the website under topics such as "vendor information" "vendors" "event vendors")

email: Email address of the vendorcontact person.

phone: Telephone number of vendor contact person.

Expected Attendance: Expected attendance of the event (you can find this in the vendor information page, etc.)

# of Vendor Spaces Available: Number of spaces available - you can be as descriptive as you want here, you are looking for the number of vendor booth spaces available, and you can find this on the vendor information page of most websites.

Vendor Both Cost: Cost of booth space, you can list out all the various costs here. (oftentimes there are different costs for 10x10 booths, 10x20 booths etc.) list all of those out.

Juried or Non-Juried Show: Enter either Not-Juried or Juried in the text box. You are looking for the information that says whether the show is Juried or not, If you can't find this easily on the website, you can assume it is not-juried.

Music Vendors: enter an "1" if the event is accepting applications for music vendors, or a "0" if they are not, you can find this out on the vendor information page.

Art Vendors: enter an "1" if the event is accepting applications for Art vendors, or a "0" if not, you can find this out on the vendor information page.

Craft Vendors: enter an "1" if the event is accepting applications for Craft vendors, or a "0" if not, you can find this out on the vendor information page.

Commercial Vendors: enter an "1" if the event is accepting applications for Commercial vendors, or a "0" if not, you can find this out on the vendor information page.

Food Vendors: enter an "1" if the event is accepting applications for Food vendors, or a "0" if not, you can find this out on the vendor information page.
