Vendors WANTED JULY 26 and 27, 2014

Severna Park Green Hornets Youth rugby is holding the State Championship Festival at Kinder Farm Park in Severna Park on JULY 26 and 27, 2014.  ( 1001 Kinder Farm Park Road, Millersville, MD 21108)

Youth teams, aged from 5 to 15, from across the state will be competing on four fields.  We anticipate 1000 competitors plus family and friends.  The times of games can be spread out; therefore, there is some down time in between rotations.  Our goal is to keep the players and their guests entertained with family friendly options during the scheduled times of 9 am to 4:00 pm on both Saturday and Sunday.

We were hoping that local groups, charities and businesses might consider this an opportunity to inform, raise awareness and entertain.  This is where you come in.  Care to hold a game or two to raise funds for your group?

We have a “no compete” clause with the concessioners who are in charge of providing food for those two days.  Jeno’s cheesteaks and salads and the concession stand will be open; therefore we cannot offer spaces to any vendor who has “ready to eat” foods.

NO Professional PHOTOGRAPHERS, there is some rule about photographing children without the written consent of their parents.  Too many people there for that.

The Kinder Farm Park concession stand will be open and Severna Park’s Jeno’s Steaks and subs catering will be serving Cheesesteaks, French fries, hamburgers, snowballs, candy and other foods and drink.
