Description of Event:
Established in 1979, the Wolcott Country Fair is the area's largest agricultural and family fun event of the summer. The fair-goers can learn about farming from the antique farm equipment displays, Agrictural Tent with various displays, and of course, the Animal Tent filled with varieties of livestock including pigs, goats, sheep, cattle, chickens, rabbits and more. Many attendees will come to the fair for two or three days so that they may enjoy the variety of events including the always popular racing pigs, tractor, horse and oxen pulls. There is so much to do at the Wolcott Country Fair including the Home Show Tent and the commercial vendors selling everything from novelty items to sheds and gazebos. It also features an incredible variety of delicious food. While the children are enjoying the huge midway with kiddy rides, thrill rides and games of chance, you can enjoy listening to the many bands playing country, oldies and pop music throughout the weekend.
