Description of Event:
The Panama City Downtown Improvement Board will be hosting the second annual Winterfest on Saturday, Saturday, November 29th. This festival kicks-off the holiday season for Downtown at the Downtown Marina with festivities including craft vendors, food vendors, a chili cook-off between the Downtown restaurants, kids' activities, and a live band. Be sure to bring your lawn chairs and blankets to watch college football on a 20' inflatable screen. Winterfest is also the best viewing location for the Boat Parade of Lights which will pass around 5:40 at the Panama City Marina. Hours: 4pm-7pmInformation:
