Description of Event:
The festival begins Friday evening with a balloon glow. The balloons take off Saturday and Sunday at sunrise around 6 a.m. Balloonists participate in competitions such as the ""Hound and Hare"" race and ""Pole Grab"". Spectators are encouraged to arrive early if they would like to be on a balloon's chase crew.Information:
