Shrimp and Grits: The Wild Georgia Shrimp Festival celebrates the delicious sweet taste of Wild Georgia Shrimp and the beauty of Jekyll Island. Since its inaugural year in 2006, the festival has been satisfying hungry appetites and pleasing audiences with a variety of shrimp-related fun. From never-ending options of shrimp and grits dishes and guest chef demonstrations, to live music, and a Craft Brew Tasting, the annual Shrimp and Grits: Wild Georgia Shrimp Festival is a true playground for good (and tasty) times. Whether you plan to eat your way through the festival with the many shrimp and grits vendor booths, would rather shop to your heart's content with the arts and crafts showcase, or want to bounce the weekend away at the Kids Fun Zone, there is something for everyone at this 8th annual foodie fest.Information:
