Hampton Roads' most beloved family festival is filled with more than 100 creative and interactive activities, storytelling, hands-on workshops and educational displays, cultural experiences, arts and crafts, costumed characters and more! This event is designed with children 10 and younger in mind. Strollers on Parade: Calling all Tykes! Bells, balloons, flags, stuffed animals, cute costumes - be creative and enter your child and stroller in this fun family parade! Lots of great prizes and awards! Join in the fun at the 3rd Annual Strollers on Parade from Noon - 1 pm.
