Description of Event:
Valleyfest is an annual tradition bringing the region and community of the Spokane Valley together since 1990. The three day event provides entertainment for the entire family, an opportunity to meet and have fun with neighbors, while also recognizing area youth for their talents. Valleyfest kicks off on Friday, Sept 23, with great deals and savings for shoppers throughout the Spokane Valley. The Lions Club Bed Races starts at 6:30 p.m. and the Hearts of Gold Parade at 7:30 p.m. along Sprague Ave. It'll feature many activities including 5K/10K Run, Astronomy Bed Races, Car Show, Duathlon, Down Syndrome Walk, Family Bike Ride, Fishing at the Falls, Pancake Breakfast, Parade, Robotics and Stem Activities, Vendors, Food, and much more.
