Description of Event:
The 13th annual "Valley of Gems" Club show will be held on June 5-7, 2015. Highlights of the show are vendors indoors and out selling everything from beads, finished jewelry items, mineral specimens and various rock slabs and items made from rocks. It'll also have demonstrators showing guests some of the lapidary activities that the club teaches and a kids area where they make mini gem trees, dig for fossils, and stones and enjoy a spin on the wheel of rock fortune. Other activities include a silent auction, raffle, club sales table and a snack bar with lunch specials daily. Free admission. Hours: 10:00AM to 5:00PM each dayInformation:
