2011 Valdosta - Lowndes Azalea Festival on March 12 and 13 was a rousing success. We enjoyed large crowds both days with a park full of vendors, three stages of entertainment, a huge food court, a 5K race and even a mechanical bull! This event has become a regional Festival attracting vendors and attendees from all over the Southeastern United States. We're delighted that we can offer this and so much more with no admission charge. We had over 150 Vendors from Ohio, Tennessee, Alabama, North and South Carolina as well as 20 from Florida and over a dozen from North Georgia. In addition, people are traveling from as far away as the Carolinas, Alabama and throughout Florida to attend the Azalea Festival. And why not? It's great fun! Plan to join next year in beautiful Valdosta Georgia for the Azalea Festival on March 10 and 11, 2012.
