Description of Event:
The festival features three entertainment stages with over 30 acts and numerous national attractions. Opening ceremonies are held at the corner of Washington and Pennsylvania Avenues at 12:00 pm Saturday, April 30th. Prior to opening ceremonies there will be Bag Pipers, Color Guard and the Chief Musician from the Department of the Navy to sing the National Anthem. Bring your family and friends to enjoy all the wonderful summertime foods, unique vendors and the variety of entertainment. Hours: Saturday, 10am-8pm; Sunday, 1pm-6pmInformation:
