The Great Reno Balloon Race, September 5-7, 2014, Rancho San Rafael Regional Park. The Great Reno Balloon Race is the largest free hot air ballooning event in the world! During three days in early September, you can look up into the Reno skies and see a rainbow of hot air balloons soaring about. The event enchants both young and old with its vibrant colors and inspiring music. It will feature events including GRBR's Cloud 9 VIP Club, Glow Shows, Dawn Patrol, T-6 Formation Fly Over, Mass Ascension Launch, Balloon Boulevard,Balloon Boulevard, E. L.
