The 29th annual Festival of Chariots is an ancient cultural festival that is celebrated all over the world by millions of people. Come pull a 4 story chariot through the streets of Novi followed by ethnic music, dancing, kids activities, henna, cooking demos, and much more. Free Admission. All ages are welcomed
