Arts and crafts, good food, carnival rides, and gospel and country-western music are featured attractions at this north Louisiana festival. Like Peanut Butter and Jelly, the Starks Mayhaw Festival and Spring go hand in hand. And speaking of jelly, this is the place for it! Mayhaw jelly, Mayhaw butter, Mayhaw berries and more-the Starks Mayhaw Festival has it all! Festival goers can try their hand at jelly-making or try to catch a glimpse of the Mayhaw Queen and her court.
