29th annual Sandcastle Days. Over the years this free family-fun event has grown from a local celebration to qualifying event for the World Championships of Sand Sculpting where fans come to watch the sand come alive. Professional sand sculpture; sandcastle lessons and an amateurs contest as well as arts and crafts booths and plenty of live music alongwith great food. Free admission.
