Rock-the-River Spring Festival will be held on Saturday April 25, 2015. This celebration of spring is open to the entire community and fun for the whole family. Enjoy Carnival Rides and Games. Pony Rides. Extensive Crafts and Vendor Fair. Music and Dancing. Concert. Face Painting. Arts and Crafts/Sand-Art. Raffles and Giveaways. Food and Refreshments. The Rock-the-River Spring Festival is a fundraiser held to benefit Rolling River's Campmates Scholarship Program.Information:
