Rock Around the Clock Festival in downtown Winnsboro. County's largest street festival on the first weekend in October. Parade, Street Dance, Shag Contest, Childrens' Amusements, Classic Car and Truck show, Car Show, Food, Arts and Crafts Vendors and Exhibitors. Main Stage music all day on Saturday.
