Description of Event:
The 26th Annual Territorial Days Celebration in Deer Lodge began with the Prison Break Run. The Rod Run and Parade starts at 11:30am, with participants registering in the Old Montana Prison yard between 9am and 11am. After the parade, which includes hot rods, muscle cars and other vehicles and floats, the Jaywalkers Jamboree and Sidewalk Sale opens on Main Street, together with the Show and Shine and the Pioneer Power and Tractor Associations Antique Tractor Show. Vendors will be selling T-Shirts, jackets, jewelry, die-cast vehicles, toys, art and crafts, African artifacts, and many other items. Food and drink is also available. The Rod Run participants judge the vehicles lined up along Main Street, and prizes are awarded to the Top 20. Throughout the day, 50/50 tickets will be sold, with the winner announced at 3pm.
