Description of Event:
The Plein Air Art Festival will begin on Friday, July 17, when more than 30 plein air artists will arrive to paint outdoor landscapes until Sunday, July 19. Lakesiders are invited to watch them paint throughout the weekend. The term ""en plein air"" means painting ""in the open air."" This year, there will be an additional opportunity to purchase artwork produced during the weekend at the Open Air Gallery, located in front of Hoover Auditorium on Third Street.Information:
