Description of Event:
The 4th Annual Pinnacle Hills Arts Festival will be held September 10-12 at Pinnacle Hills Promenade. This juried art show and sale will present fine artists from across Arkansas and the USA in a street-festival atmosphere of art, music, food, and green living among the upscale shops on location.
