Passport to Prosperity Walk & Activity Day. Community Action Agency of New Haven (CAANH) is holding its 1st Passport to Prosperity Walk & Activity Day on October 4th at 419 Whalley Avenue, New Haven. The day kicks off with a 3 mile walk at 10am and continues with games, food, music and vendors until 4pm. Any person who collects $30 or more in pledges receives a free t-shirt; a team of 4 needs a minimum of $120 in pledges. The purpose for this event is to increase conversations and inspire action regarding opportunities and prosperity for low-income and working class families.
