Description of Event:
The City of Celina is changing up the annual Balloon Festival. The new festival, Park Fest.....Boots, Tunes and Balloons, will be held at Old Celina Park during the same time of year, on the 3rd Saturday in October. Park Fest will still have balloons and a glow but it won't be the main feature. It will also see the return of kites, radio controlled airplane show and plenty of kids activities but the event will feature new elements like country music artists and a sanctioned Steak Cook Off.
