Description of Event:
The Oktoberfest in Fairfield Bay, Arkansas (Ozarks) will be a German styled Oktoberfest celebration that will be a ton of fun. Plans are for a Storyfest, complete with professional storytellers, Arts & Craft Show with artisans, crafters & other vendors. The daytime events will include shopping with the vendors, a motorcycle rally, a volkswagon show & shine. Inside & outside the fun is never ending….have a brats and/other delicious food, enjoy the atmosphere, make friends & visit with old ones. Feather River Band will be in the Biergarten with music good for dancing & lots of socializing on Friday night & a great oom-pah-pah band will be playing on Saturday night for another great time, of dancing & socializing. There will be games like the Hairy Leg Contest in the evenings. The festival will feature a biergarten with tables for eating and enjoying the music. You will find German food, pastry and German style beverages along with old favorites.
