The Spirit of Anniston presents the 2nd Annual Neewollah on Noble Fall Festival in October. A variety of fall festival type of fun took to the streets including hay rides, live music, arts and crafts, adult, child and pet costume contests, ghost tours, pumpkin and scarecrow decorating contests, treat walk, carnival games, demonstrations & exhibits just to name a few.
