Description of Event:
This annual festival in Honor began in 1967, celebrating the 'salmon run' up the Benzie County rivers. Honor is considered the 'birthplace' of salmon in the state of Michigan, as the first salmon were planted in the Platte River. Parade, Carnival, Arts and Crafts, Flea Market, Beer tent, Horseshoe tournament, Smoked fish contest and more.Information:
