Description of Event:
Held annually at El Rancho Manana the second weekend in August, this year will feature Blue Highway, The Gibson Brothers, Rarely Herd, and many more. Four days and nights of music on multple stages, great national and regional bands, workshops and showcases. Nominated as IBMA Event of the Year in both 2005 and 2007! Wow! There will be over thirty-five hours of concerts on the Main Stage, but the Minnesota Bluegrass and Old-Time Music Festival is much more then just the main stage. There are five stage venues that are each packed with great music, dance and entertainment. There are special talent showcases and nightly dances in the Showcase Tent, real hands-on workshops in the Workshop Area, family friendly shows and activities in the Family Area, and plenty of good food and fun in the Marketplace.
