The Carrollton Artist Guild presents the 11th annual Carrollton Fine Arts and Crafts MeccaFest, Saturday, October 12 and Sunday, October 13. Carrollton Cultural Art Center, 251 Alabama Street Carrollton, GA 30117. The festival (rated number one event by EMC's Georgia Magazine), features fine artists from across the country that have been chosen by a jury process to participate. Eat on site at a 1950's diner or one of Carrollton's fine surrounding restaurants. Free children's activities and entertainment are provided. Admission to the festival is free.
