Mark your calendar for The 39h Annual Lowcountry Shrimp Festival to be held Saturday, May 2, 2015, in the beautiful, historic village of McClellanville, S.C. Step back in time to a place where good, old-fashioned fun still revolves around the celebration of life's everyday events, a place where the whole town turns out to celebrate together. You are invited to join the celebration which will feature live music from two bands and entertainment, displays by area artists, a special children's area and plenty of great food and refreshments. There will be something for every member of the family to see and enjoy. 100% or proceeds benefit local education. Hours: 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.Information:
