Description of Event:
The 31st annual Strawberry Fest is the premier outdoor festival for berry lovers in the Chicagoland area. Enjoy decedent strawberry-inspired treats such as chocolate covered strawberries, fruit smoothies, ice creams, donuts, baked goods and of course the farm-fresh berries themselves. This festival features three-full days of everything strawberry. Throughout the weekend, many of Long Grove's shops, galleries, cafes and restaurants will partake in the fun and offer their own custom variations on strawberry-themed foods, drinks and merchandise. In addition to strawberry themed everything there will be free live entertainment all three days at venues all over town. You can sit and enjoy the two beer gardens located near the entertainment. The whole family can enjoy activities, kiddie rides, face painting, outdoor activities and tents full of family and education-oriented products. Hours: Friday 10 am-6pm, Saturday 10 am - 8pm and Sunday 10am - 6 pmInformation:
