Description of Event:
The Kris Kringle Christmas Market is a brand new tradition in the greater Wausau area. Held at the historic, and newly renovated Rothschild Pavilion, this Christmas market will be reminiscent of the famous German Christmas markets featuring authentic hand-made crafts, delicious holiday treats and even holiday beverages served warm in boot shaped mugs. 2000 of these mugs will be given away to the first 2000 people with paid admission. Santa will be there on Saturday making this event memorable for people of all ages. Frequent drawings and random gift giving will keep the customers excited and engaged for both days.
With a billboard ad starting in mid October, save the date print ads in July and September, print ads starting late November, listings in regional calendars of events, and an on-going social media presence, we are estimating our attendance at 3000 people. Admission will be $4.00.
Our 60 inaugural vendors will be receiving a gift bag with various tokens of appreciation for joining us on this exciting adventure. Thank you and we look forward to working with you.
