Description of Event:
At Julebyen you will find an Outdoor Market with foods and unique, hand-made gifts by local artisans, an Indoor Bazaar full of hand-crafted decorations for your home, children's activities (craft workshops, outdoor recreation, animals, lots more). The indoor Julebyen Bazaar features a world of fresh greens, beautiful wreaths, swags, everlasting moss creations, yule logs, ornaments and hand stitched articles hand-crafted by Knife River townspeople. Folk dancing for everyone. Live stage entertainment with a Scandinavian flare, story-telling, and home-baked Nordic breads and specialty foods will be found all weekend long in a heated tent. An exciting new attraction to Julebyen 2015 will be horse drawn sleigh and dog sled rides, with sleds pulled by Alaskan Huskies. Free admission. Hours: Sat 9am-8pm, Sun 10am-7pmInformation:
