August 14th -16th Hudson Valley RibFest celebrates it's 11th year as the regions largest and most anticipated barbeque food event for the whole family. The Ribfest is open 5 pm - 10 pm on Friday, 11 am - 10 pm on Saturday and 11 am - 5 pm on Sunday. There is so much delicious BBQ and Great Music you'll need more than one day to get your fill. It features local and national Rib vendors each year. In addition, there will be non-barbeque food concessions and barbeque related accessories and supply items such as sauces, rubs, grills, grill starters and unique BBQ tools. The Ribfest isn't just about ribs! Sit back while you eat and listen to the music line-up, or learn how to cook like the pros in the demonstration tent.Information:
