On August 20 and 21, 2010, the Wallace Chamber of Commerce will sponsor the town's traditional ""third weekend in August"" festival. Originally called the Huckleberry Festival, it spent a year or two as the Heritage Festival, and is now known as the Huckleberry Heritage Festival... or HuckFest for short. Each year it includes a blend of familiar and new events according to the desires of the unique band of volunteers who step forward in the spring to coordinate this major summer festival. In 2009, there is robust feast of events spread out for the enjoyment of everyone in your family. Festival hours are 10 AM to 9 PM on Friday and Saturday.
