The Holy Smoke Showdown is a Kansas City BBQ Society-sanctioned event that is located at Veterans Park in Ca"on City, Colorado. This competition showdown will feature the complete four-category BBQ competition per KCBS regulations. The Holy Smoke Showdown is situated right on Highway 50.. The events will begin at 4:00 pm on Friday and continue through the evening. Saturday's events will kick off at 8:00 am and wrap up just after 11 pm that night!Information:
