The BorderFest Association would like to invite you to participate in BorderFest 2012 in Hidalgo, Texas. BorderFest is the largest and oldest heritage and music festival in the Rio Grande Valley. This international festival is a celebration of Fine Arts, Drama, Visual Arts and the diverse cultural heritages that settled and developed the Rio Grande Valley.
