The Hayward-Russell City Blues Festival celebrates its 17th year in Hayward, making this one of the oldest continuous Blues festivals in the West. Come and enjoy great music, excellent food and wonderful arts and craft products. Entertainment for 2016 festival will include over 16 different bands including the ultimate showman, Bobby Rush and Sonny Rhodes. Hours: Sat and Sun 11am-7pmInformation:
