Description of Event:
The Hayloft Gallery is located on a restored farmstead 8.5 miles south of Madison's Beltline Highway. The site includes three restored barns and the original farmhouse, now our business office. In addition to standard Art Fair booths, the Hayloft Gallery will be used to showcase work from each artist, if they desire, in a mixed setting where our combined arts can complement each other. Wood Cycle staff will be in the Hayloft Gallery to handle any direct sale of an exhibited item, to answer general questions, or to direct an attendee directly to an artist's booth for more direct interaction and sales. Sales from the gallery will be non-commission during the event. Each artist will also have a separate booth at the art fair. There will be indoor and outdoor booths available with the outdoor locations on a large flat gravel or lawn area, partially sheltered by mature burr oaks. The indoor locations will be in the restored farmstead buildings. Almost all the facility is handicap accessible, including bathrooms, but the driveways are gravel.
