Description of Event:
Celebrate the arts in the streets of downtown Green Bay and be part of the excitement as the 33rd annual Artstreet event takes stage August 22-24, 2014. The event showcases 200 visual artists from throughout the country exhibiting for sale original works. Performing arts is highlighted on three stages featuring a blend of jazz, blues, classical, dance and theater. There is edible arts offering lots of gourmet treats and ethnic specialties. A children's area is featured offering a multitude of creative hands-on art projects for kids. Information booths and special exhibits by community organizations is represented on Cultural Street. Visitors can also encounter artist demonstrators and strolling performers. Hours: Friday, 5:00 pm - 11:00 pm; Saturday, 10:00 am - 11:00 pm; Sunday, 10:00 am - 5:00 pmInformation:
