Come celebrate the German Society of Rockford's Oktoberfest , communities' longest-standing ethnic festival, on Friday, October 3 and Saturday October 4, 2014 at Loves Park City Hall. The Festival features fun activities and entertainment for the entire family. Live music - traditional German folk music and polka music. German Folk Dance Group performances, erman Food and German Bier. Fun Events and Kids Activities- dance lessons, German language lessons, face painting and much more.
