Description of Event:
San Francisco Plantation in Garyville, Louisiana will host it's 8th Annual ""Frisco Festival"" Spring Arts, Craft, and Garden Festival on March 10th and 11th, 2012 with over 100 Arts and Crafts Booths. Saturday will begin with a 25 mile Bike Tour at 8:00am, and Sunday a 1 mile Fun Run and 5k Run at 8:00am. Register early tee shirts go quickly! Gates will open from 9am - 5pm on Sat. and Sun. Admission is $5.00 per adult, and children 12 or under free. Additional fees for house tours. Festival will feature local arts and crafts, plants, flowers, kids activities area, LSU Ag Master Gardeners, and great Creole and Cajun cuisine. Cursin the Plantation Car Show on Sat. A Chef's Choice Cook-Off will be held Sunday, and served at 11am.
